That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Delivery, Sales and Returns Policy – Spirits of Virtue.


For Pouches - £2.95 P&P


70cl bottles – free P&P


The Pouches will be dispatched separately from any additional products ordered, within our
current standard dispatch time frames.


A specific delivery charge of £2.95 is applied at checkout. The delivery charge is applicable
for all regions, including Mainland UK, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man,
Isle of Scilly, Guernsey and Jersey.

 

This product does not count towards the free delivery threshold.


If you add any additional products to your basket, you will be charged delivery for the
Spirits of Virtue Ltd. Zero-Alcohol Spirits pouches (£2.95) and separately for the additional
products e.g. if below the free delivery threshold of filling 24 slots, the standard delivery
charge for your region will apply plus the Zero-Alcohol Spirits pack delivery charge.
For delivery and returns:

Current Delivery Timeframes:


Currently, our couriers are delivering 95% of parcels within the anticipated timeframe,
however, occasionally a courier processing delay may mean your order can take up to 5
working days to arrive.


If your order has not arrived on the day expected and you have received your shipping
confirmation email, your order is with the courier on its way and can be tracked via the
courier tracking website using your unique tracking ID via the Delivery providers website. 
We currently fulfil orders 6 days a week, Sunday through Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery of shipped orders is available Monday to Saturday. No Sunday delivery is currently
available.


On weekdays, orders placed before 4 pm will be dispatched the same day. On weekends, all
orders placed before 3 pm on Sundays will ship on Sunday. If an order is placed after the
cutoff time, the order will be dispatched the next day. All public holiday orders will be
dispatched over the following 3 working days.


Shipping Options:


We currently offer 1-2 Day Leave Safe and Signed For as well as 3-4 Day Leave Safe and
Signed For options. All shipping methods include a tracked service operated by our delivery
partners.


LEAVE SAFE: Our boxes have been designed to fit through standard letterboxes. If you have
a non-standard or security letterbox, or ordered multiple boxes to the same address and
there is no one in to take receipt of the box, the courier will leave in a safe place. You can
designate a Safe Place or a preferred neighbour with the delivery service specific option
located in the tracking email.

SIGNED FOR: Our delivery partners currently operate contactless deliveries; SIGNED FOR
deliveries will be handed over in a contactless manner when the door is answered by the
recipient, with delivery documented digitally. If you are not in at the time of delivery and a
neighbour is unavailable to take receipt of the parcel (you can designate a Preferred
Neighbour, the courier will attempt delivery the following working day with a maximum of 3
delivery attempts, after which the parcel will be returned to Spirits of Virtue. Customers can
request a parcel is re-sent by SOV, however, a delivery charge is required.

 

Are minors present at the address? Choose SIGNED FOR if minors can access your
letterbox or safe place where the package may be left. Also, choose this option if you have a
non-standard letterbox or prefer the extra delivery security.
 
Receiving your delivery:


The delivery service will communicate directly with you via email and SMS to confirm the
tracking details and options for diverting the delivery to a designated neighbour if this is
required.


All shipping methods include a tracked service with the provider. On the day of delivery, you
will receive a 4-hour delivery window notification via SMS and email that you provided at
checkout.

Single box orders delivered with LEAVE SAFE will be placed through the letterbox if the
letterbox is a standard size. Please note that multi-box orders to a single address will be
placed in a single delivery bag and will not be placed through the letterbox.


Bottle orders delivered with LEAVE SAFE will be placed in a safe place if designated. Please
note that multi-box orders to a single address will be placed in a single delivery bag and will
not be placed through the letterbox.

Spirits of Virtue cannot accept any responsibility for any packages that may go missing with
LEAVE SAFE; please choose SIGNED FOR, for extra security if the parcel will not fit through your
letterbox.


Spirits of Virtue cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or for failed delivery, though
we will do everything we can to help with any missing deliveries.


Goods that are returned to Spirits of Virtue will be redelivered upon payment of new
delivery charge facilitated by the purchaser.

Returns Policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the goods to the following address:

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered unopened and in the same condition as you received it, with the seal intact. 

In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return postage fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us.
